The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) All Shares Price Index (DSI) gained 101.59 points or 2.22 percent to 4673.32 of the day's trading. Out of the 261 traded Issues, 231Issues advanced, 26 Issues declined and four Issues remained unchanged. The turnover stood at BDT 4815.72 million.

The DSE general index (DGEN) gained 113.72 points or 2.07 percent to close at 5603.60 points at the end of the day.

DSE-20 Index gained 68.99 points or 1.89 percent to 3710.66 of the day's trading.

The Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) Selective Categories Index gained 225.64 points or 2.29 percent to 10092.32 of the day's trading. Out of the 194 traded Issues, 175 Issues advanced, 17 Issues declined and two Issues remained unchanged. The turnover stood at BDT 609.74 million.

CSE-30 Index gained by 281.91 points or 2.13 percent to 13513.75 of the day's trading.
